This website is run by The Ballerz Club, 731 N Columbia Center Blvd Ste 110B, Kennewick, WA 99336. By using the site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The words, photos, logo, and layout on this site belong to The Ballerz Club or are used with permission. You are welcome to read the site, print a page, and share a link. Please do not copy our photos or our logo for your own business.

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it is marketing material, not a contract. Prices, hours, packages, food and drink options, and what is available on a given day can all change, and a page can be out of date between updates.

Nothing on this site is a promise that a bay, a room, or a date is open. If a detail matters to your plans, call us at (509) 820-3016 and we will confirm it.

You cannot pay on this website. There is no checkout here and we do not take card numbers on these pages.

Reservations for bays and sessions are made on an outside booking platform that we link to, and that platform has its own terms and its own rules about changes, cancellations, and refunds. Read them before you book.

Parties, custom events, and anything we quote for you are agreed directly with us. The details we confirm with you in writing, including deposits, timing, and what happens if you cancel, are the terms for that event. This page does not add a second set of rules on top of them, and it does not replace them.

Sending the form is a request, not a reservation. Nothing is booked until we reply and confirm it.

Please send us real information. Do not use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or advertising, and do not submit someone else's details as your own. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to what you send.

Visiting us is different from visiting this website, and a few things are worth knowing before you arrive:

• Everyone in your group signs a liability waiver before stepping into a cage. That waiver is a separate agreement between you and us, and this page does not change it.
• Closed toed shoes are required to play. Heels are not allowed.
• Wood bats are not allowed in our cages.
• We serve alcohol, and we serve it under Washington law. Staff can ask for identification and can decline service.

Our staff can ask anyone to stop or to leave if they are unsafe to themselves, to other guests, or to our equipment.

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always load correctly, or always be free of errors. We do not promise the site is free of anything harmful, though we try hard to keep it clean.

Sites we link to are not ours. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.

To the extent the law allows, The Ballerz Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that come from using this website, such as lost time, lost profit, or a plan that did not work out because a page was out of date.

This section is about the website. It does not limit anything about your actual visit to our venue, which is covered by the waiver you sign and by Washington law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update this page. When we do, we change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the updated version.
